Took my vehicle to Tire Discounters in New Albany, IN: worn belt & alternator. Replaced the belt but not the alternator as its under warranty with Mr Transmission of Clarksville. Took vehicle to Mr T but was told it was the compressor. Took the vehicle back to TD to confirm & the master tech said it was the alternator, by sound and by touch. Mr T refused to work on my alternator & mocked TD in the process. TD changed compressor (didn't fix) then took vehicle back to Mr T to replace alternator (fixed). This misdiagnosis cost me a lot of money for a repair that would have been free. I'd expect an apology & recompense for such an error; doubt this would happen. No need to reply: I won't be returning unless it is a warranty issue. UPDATE: Mr Transmission did reach out following the review and did, in fact, refund me the money it cost to replace a part and did offer an apology! For this, I can change the star rating.
